What are the methods for detecting the quality of the engine fan?
Because the power supply of the fan motor is not regulated by ignition, after the engine is turned off, the temperature of the antifreeze in the radiator is higher than 88~93°C, and the rotation of the electric fan is normal. Do not mistake it for the timing problem and deal with it. If the fan still rotates when the temperature is lower than 88°C, it is abnormal. If the temperature is higher than 98°C, the fan still cannot run. It is also abnormal.
When there is an abnormality, the fuse should be tested at the beginning. If the fuse is intact, check the temperature control switch and short-circuit the temperature control switch. If the fan is running at this time, it means that the temperature control switch is damaged. If the fan still doesn't work, it means the electric fan is damaged.
At the same time, because the compressor and condenser of the air conditioner are cooled by the fan of the cooling system, the electric fan maintains normal operation when the air conditioner is not working. Therefore, when the electric fan stops running due to a problem, the air conditioner should be stopped immediately, otherwise the refrigeration system will cause super high pressure, which will damage the air conditioner's electromagnetic clutch. If the electric fan does not rotate when the air conditioner is used, the fuse should be tested at the beginning, and if the fuse is intact, the cooling relay and air conditioning relay should be tested. If it is intact, the electric fan should be tested.
