If the fan clutch fails and cannot be effectively combined, the engine cannot force water circulation.
It is normal for the water temperature of the upper and lower water pipes to be different. The heat on the top is from the engine, and the cool spot on the bottom is radiated by the water tank.
If the water pump is not working, the heat will not be dissipated through the water tank, and the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes will be the same.
