The silicone oil fan clutch uses silicone oil as the medium and uses the shear viscosity of the silicone oil to transmit torque. The speed of the fan is designed to ensure that the engine does not overheat when the operating conditions are the worst. A bimetal plate is installed in front of the fan to sense the temperature of the air passing through the radiator, thereby controlling the amount of silicone oil in the working chamber of the fan, and only when necessary, can torque be transmitted to make the fan rotate. In the initial stage, only the switch-type silicone oil fan clutch that cuts off and turns on the rotational driving force at high temperature and low temperature. As the vehicle's requirements for air volume and noise characteristics change, a more precise temperature-speed five-level control of involute type silicone oil is adopted.
