1.My phone can not find the scanner .Possibly the scanner was set to 2.4 g wireless mode , please unplug the USB cable and set the scanner to Bluetooth mode .And please make sure your phone has not connected to other Bluetooth devices.
2.Scanner is connected , but the barcode can’t be sent to my computer ?Possible the scanner was set to storage mode , please scan the code to change to Instant Upload Mode .
