If I scan a product barcode , will it include the name and price in the file automatically? The scanner works like a keyboard , it does not interpret what the barcode us , it just “types” out a string of alphabet numeric characters that the barcode represents .It is up to the database software you are using to interpret what the string of character mean .Once you acquire the barcodes , you have to correlated them to something more meaningful by either purchasing a software service which will interpret the barcode and relate it to a product , or you can use your own inventory system to assign the barcodes to specific products . After creating the relationship between your barcode and the corresponded information , when you enter the barcode into the software by scanning , your software will look up the barcode and then related the information of your product .
Can I set the data upload speed ? Yes .The scanner have the fuction to set the speed . Some computer may react slowly , and it may cause a crash if the transmission is too fast .If any character missing happens during the transmission , slow down the speed . |

NS6606 can set the “scan mode “- key scan ,key delay scan , continuous scanning .
NS6606 can set “the scan length”-after setting bar code length , the scanner will only scan bar code which is equal of your setting length.
Under the collect mode , NS6606 has function “unique on/off “choice , which the bar code scanners don’t scan the repeated bar code .
Under the inventory mode , NS6606 can create multiple locations(library) for stock take .
Under the upgrade mode , NS6606 have function” adds down goods data and clear goods data “.But it requires professional upgrade tools and software,please only operate under the guide of a professional technician . |
