Description of SD-1500 Lab Spray Dryer Single Lab Machine
SD-1500 is successfully applied in the fields: beverage, spices, pigments, milk and egg products, plant and vegetable extracts, pharmaceuticals, synthetic thermal material, aromatic, blood products, pottery and superconductor biochemical products, adhesives, dyes, sopas and detergents, oxides, etc.
Application range: Widely used in the biochemical, food, chemical, material, pharmaceutical laboratory to produce small scale powders for universities. It can produce power from emulsion, suspension solution. It is applied for drying the heat sensitive material such as biological products, pharmaceuticals, because the material is instant heated only when it is spried to the small liquid size and can keep the active ingredients after the material is dried.
SD-1500 laboratory spray dryer is the result of many years of continuous development in the field of laboratory scale spray drying system. the first lab spray in China is supplied to Wuhan technology university by Triowin in 1995. In 1999, powerpoint authorize Triowin to manufacturer the SD-1500, Triowin applied the utility model patent with the optimized design by Triowin. The essential elements such as the compressor, blower, heater, control system, nozzle are imported from abroad.
