Description:

Maintenance method of V-belt protective layer:
The outsourcing protective cloth used for the triangle belt has always been mainly cotton canvas, and it still maintains this state. For some products that require more abrasion resistance and better bending resistance, cotton blended canvas or even synthetic fiber canvas is also used. Outsourcing protection cloth will continue to maintain this trend in the future. In order to protect the teeth and the core wire, the toothed belt mainly uses high-strength synthetic fibers, usually nylon canvas, and the future direction is to further thin. During operation, the belt pulley may be deformed, cracked, bearing wear or key looseness, peripheral hole wear, etc., and relevant parts should be repaired or replaced in time. When the harvester is maintained after the end of each season, the V-belt should be removed and hung in a ventilated and dry place, or the tensioning wheel should be loosened to make the belt slack.

we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
