Description:

The compression rubber layer is composed of a rubber material with excellent bending fatigue resistance. It bears the compressive stress generated by the bending of the V-belt, maintains the rigidity and elasticity of the V-belt, and increases the cross-section of the V-belt and the friction with the pulley. The contact surface improves the transmission efficiency. Ordinary rubber triangle belts are generally composed of cloth layer, stretch layer, strength layer and compression layer. The cloth layer is composed of a plain weave rubber canvas obliquely cut at 45°. It has excellent elasticity and friction. Connect each part into a whole, protect other parts from wear and erosion, and increase the stiffness of the V-belt.

If the center distance between the two shafts is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened first, and then the center distance should be adjusted as required after the tape is installed; if the center distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, a V-belt can be inserted first Put it in the groove, then turn another pulley to install the triangle tape, and install all the triangle tapes in the same way.
