Description:

Because the polyester tempered brown wire has an overall solid core and untwisted structure, it has good adhesion, flex resistance, high strength, and does not run long. It not only greatly increases the service life of the rubber transmission belt, but also has a balanced service life. It is maintenance-free and replaced regularly.

Before installation of the V-belt, if the center distance between the two shafts is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened first, and then the center distance should be adjusted as required after the tape is installed; if the center distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, one Put the V-belt into the groove of the wheel first, and then turn the other pulley to install the V-belt. Use the same method to install all the V-belts. It is forbidden to use tools to pry or pull the V-belt to prevent the V-belt from stretching or being too tight. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms to the middle of each tape by hand, and adjust it in time if the sinking amount is not appropriate. When you need to replace the new and old triangle tapes with double or more than three triangle tapes, you must choose the triangle tape of the specified model, and require the tightness of each group of triangle tapes to be the same. It is not allowed to mix the new and the old or reduce the number of tapes. Uneven, even the old V-belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt.
