Our modified packaging machine series is designed to keep food products fresh at small to medium capacity, maximise food safety and exceed consumer's expectations. They are used for the packaging of meat products, seafood, fruits, vegetables and all kinds of chilled food products. Color cover film or, alternatively, optical film can be used in the packaging process to reduce costs and improve your products. One of the best features of the machine is its operation with modular molds. Molds can thus be easily replaced and used in different machines.

PRODUCTS FEATURE:
1. Safety: Equipped with emergency stop; Alarm; Open-phase protector; anti-phase protector.
2.Date printing available by installing an inkjet on top of the machine
3. The machine adopts China XINJIE® PLC, intelligence digital temperature controller, CHINT relay, Taiwan Airtac cylinder, US Imachine/German WITT gax mixer/Our own YiTeng gas mixer.
4.Can perfect mix the pure oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen within a high barrier or penetrable package.
5.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing
6.Failure warning system, if the machine failured to seal the film it will warn alarm.
7. The gas replacement rate: >98%.
8. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.
