Production Process
| 1.Making Sample | The sample is the first step to confirm every detailes, and also prove the the
mass production sample. |
| 2.Cutting Workshop | The material of products are cutted by hand, and some are punched by
machine. |
| 3.Sewing Workshop | We have 3-5 sewing workshop lines, every lines have about 10-15 workers
and always hire skilled workers, to ensure to make every product perfect, at
the same time, we have inpection for every working line. |
| 4.QC Department | Every product are checked and then packed to ensure every one is perfect. |
| 5.Shipping | Our skilled sale team will contact and deal with the shipping to deliver to you. |
Incoming material inspection => In-process sewing inspection => Final product inspection

All materials can pass test of AZO Free, Low Cadmium.If you need
REACH,SHVC,EN71 and 6P European Standard, if you are required
