We guarantee all our displays, modules, parts for two full years. During this time, we will replace or amend all our goods for free if there is something wrong with them. We provide lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials. We provide technology training for free, which contains the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in the factory. We also provide the operation manual, software, test report and so on. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided.
1,Can we make any size of led display?
No, according the led module size and cabient size, such as rental outdoor led display, the smallest unit size is:500x1000mm.
2,How to install led display?
We will provide drawings or Teamviewer to help you install.
3,How to order LED display?
Please tell me size of led display,where will the display be used.
4,How to ship?
Normally, the display will be shipped by air and sea, we suggest you go with by sea because it is cheaper.
5,How to finish payment?
You can transfer payment by TT,West union, recommand Trade Assurance.
