WSS series bimetal thermometer is a field detection instrument for measuring medium and low temperature. The bimetal thermometer can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium in the range of -80℃～+500℃ in various production processes.
The bimetal thermometer uses a threaded thermal bimetallic sheet as a temperature sensing device, and installs it in a protective sleeve. One end is fixed, called the fixed end, and the other end is connected to a thin shaft, called free end. A pointer is mounted on the free end spool. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing device rotates accordingly, driving the pointer on the thin shaft to change the angle, and indicating the corresponding temperature on the dial.

The advantages of bimetal thermometers are fast response, small size, good linearity and stability, and some foreign products also have high temperature performance.
The thermoelectric potential of the bimetal thermometer is only related to the thermoelectric properties of the hot electrode material and the temperature difference between the two ends.

Use the standard electrode law to determine the components that change with temperature.
Generally, bimetal thermometers are used at low temperatures, and thermocouples are used at high temperatures. If the temperature exceeds 500 degrees, the resistance of the bimetal thermometer will be very large, which may affect the measurement results, and even the measurement results cannot be obtained.
