It utilizes a bimetallic strip consisting of two metals with different linear expansion coefficients, where one end is fixed. As the temperature changes, the differential thermal expansion between the two metals causes the pointer to deflect, indicating the temperature. The WSS bimetal thermometer is suitable for measuring the temperature of liquids, steam, and gases in a range from -80℃ to +500℃ in various industrial processes.
