Overview

The Industrial pH/ORP Online Analyzer can be equipped with various types of pH or ORP electrodes and is extensively used in numerous industries such as power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgical electronics, mining, papermaking, bio-fermentation engineering, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental water treatment, aquaculture, and modern agriculture. Working Principle

The pH/ORP online analyzer uses a glass electrode as the sensor. The glass electrode is filled with an acidic or alkaline solution of a specific concentration. It comes into contact with the solution being tested, creating a potential difference through the interaction between the hydrogen ions (in acidic solutions) or hydroxide ions (in alkaline solutions) in the tested solution and the hydrogen ions in the electrode's internal solution. This potential difference is used to determine the pH/ORP value of the solution.
