Handheld Partial Discharge Detector HJF-750 is a non-invasive testing tool that can diagnose potential faults of overhead lines by collecting abnormal ultrasonic signals of overhead lines and analyzing them with software.
Handheld Partial Discharge Detector HJF-750 is in the state of no power outage to judge the hidden fault location and fault type. It can collect abnormal ultrasonic signal by ultrasonic detector(ultrasonic sensor) , then transmit the signals to the host, diagnose the fault and hidden fault type and severity level, and convert to audible sound signal and the output waveform.
Handheld Partial Discharge Detector HJF-750 can help testing personnel accurately find out faults and hidden dangers, prevent malignant faults happening, avoid unnecessary power outages, and improve the reliability of power supply.
Main Features
●Color touch screen is easy to operate.
●Handheld, visual, audible and display waveform, non-contact detection
●Able to detect open air electrical equipment, find and locate all kinds of partial discharge, such as corona, arc, flashover, creepage, wire break, arc pull etc.
●3 mega-pixel high-definition camera can easily focus detection point of failure and take photos of tower identification and faulty equipment.
●Embedded GPS receiver automatically stores the coordinate data and provides GPS navigation, which is convenient to query and save detection path.
●Able to test environmental temperature and humidity in real time.
●Able to save data and play back data.
●Moderate intensity green laser tracing is easy to track under sunlight.
●High sensitivity and directivity can accurately locate the overhead line fault.
●The test can be performed in a vehicle with a speed of 30km/h.
●Ultrasonic test can be performed under noisy environment, not influenced by ambient sound.
●No-contact testing(effective testing distance up to 30m) makes test much safer.
●Non-invasive test will not affect normal operation of power grid.
●Use background software for easy data management and evaluation.
