With the rapid development of China's electric power industry, preventive experiments on electrical appliances are an important link in ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of power systems. Insulation diagnosis is an important means for detecting insulation or failure of electrical equipment.
At present, electrical equipment (such as transformers, generators, etc.) is trending toward large capacity, high voltage, diverse structures, and sealing. This requires that the insulation resistance tester has the characteristics of large capacity, strong anti-interference ability, and easy to carry. To this end, our company has specially designed and developed this series of instruments for the test of electrical insulation resistance characteristics of large high-voltage transformers, electrical appliances, remote power cables or buried cables under high interference sites such as high-voltage substations and power plants.
This series of instruments combines the advantages of analog circuits, digital circuits, and mechanical operations, and has achieved a leading domestic position in output voltage, output current, measurement range, measurement accuracy, and anti-interference ability.
Product Features
1. Strong anti-interference ability: the anti-interference ability of electric field induction reaches 2mA (50Hz), and it is known that the insulation resistance parameters of 500000 V large-scale transformer can be measured at the site of 500000 V substation without disconnection
2. Large short-circuit current: the typical value of short-circuit current is 10mA, which is suitable for the test of large capacity and large inductance
3. Wide resistance measurement range: the measurement range is from 0.01M Ω to 1999g Ω, with accurate reading and high resolution
