RSCTP-1000 instrument transformer analyzer is a reformed CT and PT testing instrument of new generation researched and developed based on integrated tester for volt-ampere characteristic transformation ratio and polarity of instrument transformer for voltage regulator, voltage booster and large current generator, and wide customer opinions and large amounts of market surveys and deep theoretical researches. The device adopts high-performance DSP and FPGA, advanced manufacturing technology, which ensures stable and reliable product performance, complete functions, high automation degree, high testing efficiency and advanced technologies at home and abroad, being a professional testing instrument for instrument transformer in the power industry.
1. Comprehensive functions, it does not only comply with testing requirements for excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio error, angle difference, etc. of various CTs (such as protection category, metering category and TP category), but also can be used to test excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio error, angular difference, etc. of various PT electromagnetic units.
2. Automatically offer voltage/current of an inflection point, 10% (5%) error curve, accuracy limit factor (ALF), factors of instrument safety (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficiency (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance and other CT and PT parameters.
3. Test complies with various instrument transformer standards of GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847(IEC60044-6), GB1207, etc., and able to automatically select standards to test according to instrument transformer type and grade.
4. Based on advanced low-frequency testing principle, and able to do the CT test at the inflection point of 30KV.
