Full Automatic Transformer Testing Equipment / Transformer Test Bench
Product Description
RSBTT transformer integrated test system conforms to GB 50150 / IEC 60076-3 and other relevant standards.The integrated intelligent transformer test bench produced by Wuhan Rising is mainly to test the no-load and load characteristics of electric transformer and distribution transformer, but also to test the transformer for frequency doubling induction and power frequency withstand voltage test. All the tests can be fully automated, without complicated operation and calculation by personnel, and the calculation results can be displayed automatically.

3.High-efficient system
The test result is inputted directly to the microcomputer to calculate with full use ofmicrocomputer data processing technology, which avoids a lot of trouble to calculatemanually. The external wires were arranged uniformly to avoid the manual connectionto the lines. When replacing the wires, only need to use control buttons to finish theprocess automatically.
4. Humanized operation system
Make the full use of mechanical and electrical interlock, with combination ofcomputer software, to prevent misoperation. Any operation not conforming to safetyoperation procedure will be denied by the system so as to protect the operator and thesystem effectively.
5. Reliable operation system
There are two operation mode, manual operation and automatic. Manual operation isusually adopted when automatic operation mode is failed to run, which won’t affectthe normal test.
6. High test precision
The measurement accuracy of the system is higher than the national standard nomatter measuring apparatus, meters or instrument transformers.
7. Real-time video monitoring (not taking into consideration temporarily)Running real-time video monitoring with professional camera and transferring thevideo signal to the monitor room, which will make the test performer have a goodcommand to the on-site status.
