The hot metal ladle carriage is a ladle transfer car for molten steel. It is an electric flat cart, which is a traditional generally used transfer trolley. Advantage of Hot Metal Ladle Carriage
1. The table top shall be laid with heat insulation materials and treated with heat insulation.
2. The electrical appliances shall be insulated to avoid high temperature damaging the electrical components and affecting the normal operation of the flat car.
3. The motor reducer have protection to avoid the impact of high temperature during the service life. Double motors are used, one for use and one for standby, to ensure that when one motor is damaged, the flat car can use the standby motor to work normally.
