REMARKABLE Automatic Ladle Cart is powered by batteries, power switch and generator sets, with supply current and generators as power supplies. It can travel either trackless or in track mode. The cart is supplied to the traction motor through an electronic control system, enabling the ladle transfer vehicle to start, stop, move, turn, and perform other functions. PLC programmable controllers to achieve the automation you need. Meanwhile, we will provide intelligent automatic fast chargers and cars, positioning fixtures, lifting platforms and other auxiliary devices to meet the different needs of various occasions.
The trackless automatic ladle transfer cart is composed of a power supply, gear train, steel structure support frame, steering gear, running mechanism, control system and a fault diagnosis module. To ensure the stable and flexible performance during small space turns, we optimized the steering mechanism, wheel pressure and frame stiffness to allow it to be used to connect multiple carts. This Automatic Ladle Cart is highly recognized by customers.
