Introduction
As factory automation, computer integrated manufacturing system technology gradually developed, as well as the flexible manufacturing system, the wide application of automatic solid warehouse, AGV as the contact and regulating discrete logistics management system makes the operation necessary for continuous automatic transportation and handling method, its application scope and the technical level obtained the swift and violent development. The following are the advantages of AGV:
1. High degree of automation -- controlled by computer, electronic control equipment, magnetic gas SENSOR, laser reflection plate and so on. When a certain link of the workshop needs auxiliary materials, the staff will input relevant information to the computer terminal, and the computer terminal will send the information to the central control room, and the professional technical personnel will issue instructions to the computer. With the cooperation of the electronic control equipment, this instruction is finally accepted and executed by AGV -- the auxiliary materials will be sent to the corresponding place.
2, charging automation - when the power of AGV car is about to run out, it will issue a request to the system, request charging (general technical personnel will set a value in advance), after the system allows to charge automatically to the place of "queue" charging. In addition, the AGV car has a long battery life (more than 2 years) and can run for about 4 hours per 15-minute charge.
3, beautiful - improve the viewing degree, so as to improve the image of the enterprise.
