Remarkable has solid experience supplying heavy-duty industrial carts to precast concrete manufacturers, We have designed and manufactured heavy precast concrete transfer carts for the United States, Singapore, and other countries, 5-ton transfer trolleys, 17 tons transfer carts, and 35-ton platform carts. Precast construction is the manufacturing of products in a pre-made cast or mold and then, after being cured in a controlled environment, transporting it to the construction site for final assembly. The precast structures can reach significant weights and these assembly structures must be transported both at the production plant and at the construction site.
Considering the complexity of the production site of precast concrete components, we use a battery-powered trackless transfer trolley to get rid of the limitation of track and cable. A remarkable RWP trackless transfer trolley is a kind of wheeled handling equipment that can be steered arbitrarily by manual operation. Its power supply mode is mainly through the battery power supply, and the configuration is the maintenance-free battery, which can reduce the daily maintenance of industrial cars. The main parts of the trackless vehicle are composed of a frame, battery, motor, reducer, wheel, electrical appliance, etc. There is no cable and a fixed running track. It can get rid of the dependence of track transfer cars on the ground rail and does not damage infrastructure construction. It is not limited by space and ground. The walking direction and route can be changed at any time, and it can be carried out for uneven ground The corresponding adjustment is very suitable for the occasion where the running route is not fixed.
