Production process of transfer vehicle
NC cutting: the steel plate is transported from the warehouse to the NC cutting workshop for cutting.
Pre assembly: workers assemble the cut steel plates together according to the design drawings.
Welding: after the preliminary assembly of the steel plate is completed, the automatic welding machine shall be used for welding.
Post welding treatment: test, polish and deburr the welding section after welding.
Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress.
Primer spraying: transport the treated structural parts to the paint booth for primer spraying.
The primer is mainly composed of zinc rich epoxy antirust paint.
Assembly: after spraying primer, assemble structural components with wheels, motors, gearboxes, etc.
Paint treatment: transport the assembled vehicle to the paint booth and check the integrity of the primer.
Then paint it.
Commissioning: after the commissioning of the electric control system of the paint spraying vehicle, the trolley shall be subject to no-load test before on load test.
After inspection, transport the trolley to the storage area.
