      Anti-glare board is a traffic safety product manufactured and installed on the central divider of the highway to solve the glare of oncoming vehicle lights. 1. Determine the installation location
Before installing highway anti-glare panels, the installation location and quantity of anti-glare panels need to be determined based on road standards and actual conditions. 2. Carry out foundation treatment
After selecting the installation location, prepare the foundation to ensure that the anti-glare panels can be firmly installed on the ground.
3. Install columns and beams
After the foundation treatment is completed, columns and beams are set at a certain distance according to the design requirements. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the distance and verticality between them meet the design requirements, and use the screw adjuster for fine adjustment.
4. Fixed anti-glare board
After the columns and beams are installed, the anti-glare panels need to be fixed. Use screws or welding to ensure that the anti-glare board can be firmly fixed on the columns and beams.
5. Carry out acceptance and testing
After all work is completed, the anti-glare panels will be accepted and tested. Carry out strong light testing, quality inspection and safety assessment to ensure that the function of the anti-glare board meets the requirements.
