Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production facilities to avoids cross-contamination of material. we employ third party testing organisations such as SGS,UL-STR or lntertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's RSS.

1. What customization can you provide? We can provide product particle shape, material hardness, particle color, etc. If you have special customization requirements, you can contact our customer service.

3. About the sample 5KG provides free samples without shipping.
4. About quality control our engineers will conduct laboratory tests during the production process, while our quality control team will conduct tests before delivery and store each batch of production samples for 3-5 years.
5. About color we can match the color according to the color card Pantone or RAL.
6. About delivery time usually, it takes 3 days for samples and 7 days for delivery. According to different purchase orders, there will be different delivery time. For a specific delivery time, please contact our customer service.
