Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers,Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005. Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest produce and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China. Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year. Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements. Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications.
Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production facilities to avoid cross-contamination of material. we employ third party testing organisations such as SGS,UL-STR or lntertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's RSS. Although we are a Chinese company, we do have a global perspective and support customers outside China through our export sales and distributor network.

1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer? We are a professional manufacturer of TPE/TPR.
2. About the sample 5KG provides free samples, freight collect.
3. About quality control our engineers will carry out laboratory tests during production, while our quality control team will carry out tests before delivery, and will store each batch of production samples for 3-5 years.
4. About color we can match the color according to the color card-Pantone or RAL.
5. About delivery time usually it takes 3 days for samples and 7 days for delivery. According to different purchase orders, there will be different delivery time. For specific delivery time, please contact our customer service.
