Quality Inspection process
1, When the first 100 pieces of finished products are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, The product will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before the product is packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
4, After the product is packaged, the quality inspector will inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
5, If the finished product is stored for more than one month or for other special reasons, the warehouse administrator shall inform the quality inspector on duty to inspect it at the delivery site (visual inspection according to the standard and packaging scheme is in conformity).

Test for refrigerator door panels

1. Frontal hardness, The hardness of the paint layer can be measured by 2H pencil, and the surface should be free of skin damage and scratch marks after the test.
2. Boiling water resistance, Under normal temperature and pressure, the test piece is completely immersed in boiling water for 2 h, then put into tap water to cool for 5 min, and then take out the observation sample. There should be no change in the front and back of the sample after the experiment.
3. Low temperature resistance, The sample was placed at - 40 ± 2 ℃ for 24h and recovered to room temperature. Take out the observation sample. After the test, there should be no separation between the front and back sides of the sample
4. High temperature resistance, Put the sample in a constant temperature box of 120 ± 10 ℃ for 3 h, and take out the observation sample. There should be no change in the front and back of the sample after the test.
