Toughened glass for refrigerator door panel:

Unlike annealed glass or what we know as “ordinary” glass, tempered glass does not break into large jagged shards that can cause serious injuries. Instead, it breaks into smaller granular pieces that are less likely to cause harm. Quality Inspection process
1, When the first 100 pieces of finished products are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, The product will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before the product is packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
4, After the product is packaged, the quality inspector will inspect it at the finished product inspection point.
5, If the finished product is stored for more than one month or for other special reasons, the warehouse administrator shall inform the quality inspector on duty to inspect it at the delivery site (visual inspection according to the standard and packaging scheme is in conformity).
