Tempered glass is a type of glass with even compressive stress on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point (600-650°),Then cooling it down rapidly in glass surface. During the instant cooling process, the exterior of glass is solidified , while the interior
of the glass is cooled down relatively slowly.The process will bring the dishwasher door panel glass surface compressi-ve stress and the interior tensile stress which can improve the mechanical strength of glass by germination and result in good thermal stability.

Quality Inspection Process
1, When the first 100 pieces dishwasher door panels are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.

A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: Feihong received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room.
Available in high temperature silk print(The paint melt into glass) and low temperature paint(Pass adhesion test).
