Description of refrigerator shelves:

Encapsulated refrigerator shelves with plastic PS profile. Profile colors could be as your request.

Most of the dyeing raw materials of plastics are transparent, ivory yellow or milky white, while precision plastic parts often have various requirements for color. For example, white and black household appliances will consider preventing light leakage and eliminating stray light, while appearance parts often use different colors according to design requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to dye the plastic products before processing. Extrusion granulation coloring method: extrusion granulation method is to mix the natural color particles and colorants evenly, add them into the extruder to plasticize and mix evenly, and finally extrude, cool and cut grains to obtain the required colored particles.

Please Note :

The specification should be confirmed before put the sheet glass into the toughening furnace, the

tempered glass can't be cut anymore after out of the toughening furnace, otherwise refrigerator shelves will be broken.

Refrigerator shelves adopts tempered glass which have features below:

The strength is 3-5 times of ordinary annealed glass in same thickness;

Tempered glass can withstand the large temperature difference (200°), the thermostability is

3 times of ordinary annealed glass;

Once breakage occurs, the glass breaks into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.

Refrigerator shelves​ test

1, Cold-hot cycle test: first put the refrigerator shelves in a thermostat at 60-65℃ for 12 hours, then put it in a thermostat at-40-35℃ for 12 hours, with a cycle of 24 hours, so that at least 5-10 temperature cycles are performed, and the shelf and injection molding plastic shall not be cracked or broken.

2. Anti-ultraviolet (UV) test (only applicable to white peripheral plastic): Expose the peripheral plastic to high-intensity UV light (50 watts, 254nm, distance 250 mm), and require the color change to be less than E = 1.2 and b = 0.70.

3. Dirty resistance test: After tomato juice, mustard and milk are in direct contact with the fridge glass shelf plastic profile at 200C for 24 hours, remove the residual reagents on the surface of the tested plastic, rinse the tested plastic in clear water, dry the surface with a soft cloth, and then directly inspect it with the naked eye. There should be no obvious stain.
