Shining is able to meet clients' requirements of different structure of resistive touch panels. Recently some 4-layer RTP(P/F/F/P) is under production process. The principle is the same.The traditional touch screen technology is analog resistive. Electrical resistance refers to how easily electricity can pass through a material. These panels work by detecting how much the resistance to current changes when a point is touched.This process is accomplished by having two separate layers. Typically, the bottom layer is made of glass and the top layer is a plastic film. When you push down on the film, it makes contact with the glass and completes a circuit.

1. Some Features of Analog Resistive Technology

a. Resistive technology is low cost, as its simple structure of touch screen and controller circuit.

b. Resistive technology has no limitation for input material as long as top sheet  yields by pressing. The sensor can be operated with a finger, pen, and any other tool.

c. Analog resistive sensor has high resolution and location accuracy.

d. Thickness of resistive touch screens can be thin due to its simple structure.

e. Frame area (insulation area) is narrow comparing with other technologies.

7. Detail Makes Difference

Perfect details make our products perfect. Silkscreen of our analogue resistive touch panels and projected capacitive touch panels has smooth surface, smooth line, uniform thickness and the linearity is below 1.5%; the edge is smooth with tolerance below 0.1mm; minimum width of silver line and distance between lines is 0.15mm.

Silk-printing, laminating, cutting, FPC bonding etc. are all operated by automatic machines and skill-experienced workers. Almost everything is under our control.

Every stage of production process is focused on a lot to avoid mistakes and regarding the cleanliness of appearance and function, we carry out 100% inspection. What we care most is that each piece touch panel delivered from our warehouse has to meet our clients’ requirements.

9. Safe Packaging and Delivery

Up till now, every order of our touch panels has reached our clients abroad successfully without any damage. We pack touch panels with blister tray or foam box as requested first, certainly, there is a piece of protective film on it; and second, put into a bag and make it vacuum; lastly, put into a carton box.
