Pita production line is also one of SSS’s powerful projects. From dough mixer to package machine, a one-stop solution will be offered to help customer start their business well and quickly. Different size and shape pita can be designed to produce according to the specific demand. Reasonable design and mature technology makes the final product with perfect texture and high quality.
Note: Specific production processing can be designed that the clear requirements of different pita in different places.
Features
* The thickness of the dough band coming out from all the pressing equipment can be adjusted through PLC, which can be saved in the product formula. * The whole line can realize single machine speed regulation and overall speed regulation. * The equipment is equipped with a remote control module, which can be connected to the network for the user to check the operation status of the line. * Camera monitoring devices are installed at the dough input, proffer, and forming line with a set of monitoring screens to quick observe the operating conditions of each link. * Each machine unit has a cover plate that can be opened quickly for easy cleaning.

Pressing Units
To form the pita dough band with ideal thickness and width. All the machine is made of 304 stainless steel. Thickness requirements can be set up on the PLC directly.
Dough Mixer
Double motor control Horizontal type with three bar. Vacuum flour absorption, automatically water filling, adjustable volume, 100kg powder / time.
Cooling Conveyor
Adsorption-climbing type, 9-layer and 6-metre high cooling system, each layer can individually control the conveying speed, the top is equipped with cooling fan.
Dough Proofer
