Torich is specialized in corrugation of metallic tubes mostly applied in heat exchangers for food industry, naval & marine service, chemical plants and refrigeration. Corrugation grooves in the external and internal tube surface create a turbolence allowing a very efficient thermal exchange in comparison with traditional smooth tubes.
Titanium high efficiency tube is a special processing tube made through strengthening treatment of inner and outer surface of tubes with different material, to achieve the purpose of high efficient heat transfer in a special environment.
Application
Titanium heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators related to electric power, chemical industry, seawater utilization and marine engineering, aerospace, metallurgy, medicine, food and other industries.Industrial fluids titanium pipes, corrosion-resistant pipes and brackets for industrial equipment and pressure vessels.
Characteristics
* The heat transfer area between the fluid and the wall is increased, and the total heat transfer of the tube is increased
* Enhancing the fluid turbulence * It improves the contact efficiency between fluid and wall
* Destroy the development of fluid thermal boundary layer and enhance the heat transfer capacity of the tube
* The resistance of vapor molecules diffusing to the surface of the liquid film is reduced
* Improving the hydrophilicity * Good hydrophilicity can reduce the thickness of water film and increase the heat transfer area

Raw Material Guarantee
We use best raw material from China Steel (CSPM) which has better control over the properties and chemical composition of sponge titanium smelting and billet. It relies on CSPM’s strong R&D skills, modern production facilities and national laboratories to ensure that all materials meet the requirements of international standards. Surface Treatment ( Outside & Internal Surface )
The oxide layer on the surface of billet without cleaning will cause many irreparable defects on the outer surface of finished steel tube. Although skinning will result in loss of finished product rate and increase cost, as a high-quality titanium tubes supplier, we process skinning on all tubes surface.
The outer surface of the titanium tube can be observed with naked eyes, but the inner surface of the titanium tube can not be touched except for flaw detection. Like the outer skinning, the inner boring will cause about 8% yield loss and greatly increase the cost. Unless specifically requested by customers, our titanium tubes are mostly processed by internal boring to meet international standards.You can see above difference surface quality.
Cold Rolling Machine

Vaccum Furnace
Three vacuum heat treatment furnaces with a maximum length of 15 meters and a maximum heat treatment size of 300 mm.
