    With thermal insulation values of Ug = 1.1 W/m2K, the toughened safety glass used for the double glazing extends sustainability and environmental responsibility in building to an area which is often neglected: the doors. In addition, real glass is substantially more resistant against scratch marks or traces from cleaning, doesn’t show visual distortions, and soiling, blooming or fogging in the space between the panes cannot occur. Up to a door width of 3.5 m the door elements can be executed as one unit without vertical inter-spacer, with visually adaptable inter-spacers the width is extended up to 5.0 m.
