Process features: the harmless treatment method of humidification has the advantages of fast processing speed, complete sterilization, no secondary pollution, high automation, small space occupation and low treatment cost.

technological process:

1. The carcasses of the dead livestock and poultry are put into the humidification frame, and then placed into the chemical tank through the cart, and the chemical tank is closed.

2. The operator enters the start command through the control center to input the pressure, temperature and time parameters. The operator can leave and the equipment will run automatically. After the steam generator is started, the generated steam enters into the chemical machine, and reaches the preset pressure and temperature, the treatment material is completely sterilized, the high-temperature and high-pressure chemical hydrolysis is carried out, and after the preset time, the equipment automatically stops running, and the buzzer alarm sounds to remind.

3. Oil water separation: after the chemical process is completed, the operator opens the exhaust valve to discharge the residual gas into the deodorizer. After the exhaust valve is closed, the oil-water mixture is discharged into the oil-water separation equipment by using the residual pressure for physical separation. The oil can be sold as industrial oil, and the waste water is discharged into the animal manure fermentation tank or sewage treatment system for treatment.

4. Materials after treatment: open the chemical can making door and pull out the material basket with meat aggregate after chemical preparation. Meat aggregate can be used as the raw material of high-efficiency organic fertilizer
