The TONTEN MACHINERY LIMITED pellet machine is an ideal compact compression molding equipment, equipped with a double-layer mold, both layers of the mold can be used to reduce costs. High efficiency and energy saving; the mold is stationary, the roller rotates; the material is evenly distributed in the pelletizing chamber under the action of centrifugal force, without clogging, the vertical structure feeds vertically, the material directly enters the pelletizing chamber, and will not be blocked; a new type of machine that uses branches, leaves, miscellaneous wood, eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and crop straw, bamboo crushed sawdust, bran to produce biomass fuel.
Advantages:
1. The feeding system has a frequency conversion device to achieve adjustable feeding speed.
2. The mold has two layers, upper and lower, which can be used for both upper and lower functions, reducing costs and increasing efficiency; it can also be used for both functions, with high output and energy saving.
3. The mold is stationary, the pressure wheel rotates, the material is centrifugal and evenly distributed.
4. Independent discharging device to ensure the formation rate of particles.
5. The positioning of the spindle frame plate and the spindle has been upgraded and improved, and the pin positioning that is difficult to disassemble and easy to wear has been cancelled. The embedded positioning method of CNC machining is adopted, which is easy to disassemble and not easy to wear.
6. The main motor is changed to a standard flat key motor, and the reducer adopts the German standard KTR elastic coupling, which solves the problem that the spline of the seventh-generation pellet machine needs to be lubricated regularly, and the replacement cost of the KTR elastomer is much lower than the replacement cost after the spline is damaged.
7. Improvement of the ejector system: The ejector plate reducer is changed from a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to a hardened gear reducer, and the rotating parts of the ejector system are completely separated from the ejector frame (the entire drive operation is outside), which completely solves the problem that the ejector system is easily affected by high-temperature steam. Besides, except for the discharge turntable, all other non-moving parts of the pellet machine that can contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, which fundamentally solves the corrosion problem of metal materials.
