Biomass pellet machine stainless steel head, enlarged discharge port design, equipped with automatic lubrication system, wear-resistant steel plate body.It mainly uses agricultural and forestry waste such as wood chips, sawdust, coffee husks, rice husks, various woods, corn stalks, coconut shells, bamboo,straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and solidifies them into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment and processing. Biomass pellet machines are divided into flat die biomass pellet machines and ring die biomass pellet machines.
Prospects of biomass pellet machine:
With the combined management of energy and environment, straw fuel (i.e. biofuel) uses solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid waste as raw materials, which are crushed, pressurized, densified and formed into small stick-shaped solid pellet fuel.
