Product introduction:
The biomass pellet machine is mainly composed of a feeding system, a crushing system, a molding system, a cooling system and other parts. Among them, the core component is a hydraulic or extrusion molding device, which is used to compress the raw materials into shape. The whole machine is also equipped with supporting equipment such as an electronic control system and a conveying system. According to the production scale and output power, the biomass pellet machine has a variety of models such as small household type, medium industrial type and large factory type.
Working principle:
The biomass pellet machine mainly relies on the principle of mechanical compression to compress the biomass raw materials into shape. The raw materials (such as sawdust, crop straw, etc.) are fed into the feed port of the machine. The raw materials are pre-treated by crushing, stirring, etc. to achieve the appropriate moisture content and particle size. The pre-treated raw materials enter the compression chamber and are squeezed and molded under high pressure (usually 100-300MPa). The pressed particles are discharged through the discharge port.
Applicable raw materials:
The biomass pellet machine can process and utilize various biomass raw materials, such as sawdust, straw, agricultural and forestry waste, rice husks, corn cobs, etc. These materials have good renewability and sustainability.
Use of finished products:As a clean and efficient biomass fuel, biomass pellets are mainly used as boiler fuel, heating fuel, power generation fuel, etc. In addition, they can also be used to make other biomass energy products such as biomass shaped fuel bricks and biomass coal.
