Working principle:
The biomass fuel pellet machine is mainly driven by the main motor to drive the reducer. The reducer reduces the speed of the motor through the speed ratio, and drives the pressing roller to rotate through the connected main shaft. The outer periphery of the pressing is a ring-shaped mold. Sawdust, straw powder, wood powder and other materials enter the pressing chamber. The pressing machine squeezes the materials out of the small hole of the mold through mechanical extrusion and pushes them out of the studio through the material dial.
