TONTEN MACHINERY LIMITED biomass pellet machine uses solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark, etc. as raw materials, and after crushing, pressurizing, densifying and forming, it becomes small stick-shaped solid pellet fuel.
Working Principle:
The principle of the biomass pellet machine is to use the process of converting mechanical energy into thermal energy to heat the material and make it into a rod-shaped solid fuel. It is mainly composed of an upper body and a lower body. When working, the upper body is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed, and the lower body is driven by the pulley to rotate at a relatively low speed. The push plate installed in the annular groove between the two rollers sends the biomass material to be processed into the annular groove, and is scooped up by the scraper on the annular groove wall and enters the cavity for direct hot extrusion to form a rod-shaped or cylindrical solid fuel.
