Applicable Scope

Machine Characteristics

Equipment Usage Method
1. Check if all components of the equipment are functioning properly, such as heating systems, transmission systems, cutting devices, etc. Ensure normal power supply and connect the required power supply. Clean the inside of the machine to ensure that there are no debris residues.
2. Loading. Put the collected waste foamed plastics into the feeding port, pay attention to control the feeding speed and quantity, and avoid blocking.
3. Heat and melt. Start the heating system and heat the foam to a suitable temperature to melt it into liquid state.
4. Extrusion molding. The melted foam is pushed by the screw through the mold and extruded into strips.
5. Cooling. The extruded strip foam passes through the cooling device and is cooled and solidified rapidly.
6. Cutting and granulation. The cooled strip foam is cut into uniform particles through the cutting device.
7. Collect finished products - cut foam particles fall into the collection container for centralized collection and storage.
8. Equipment maintenance - after production, turn off the power supply and clean the residual foam and sundries inside the equipment. Regularly maintain the equipment, inspect vulnerable parts such as blades, screws, etc., and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
