Plastic Recycling Washing Line suitable for pp pe pet hdpe ldpe,etc.plastics.ainly consists of single-shaft crusher/plastic crusher, screw loader, cleaning machine, label removal machine, vertical dehydrator, dryer and other equipment. It is suitable for processing various waste plastics by removing labels, crushing, washing, dehydrating and drying.
Plastic Recycling Machine Configuration:
1. Chain conveyor can efficiently transport waste plastics, save manual labor and improve efficiency.
2. The label removal system is mainly used to peel off the label paper on the surface of plastic bottles to ensure the integrity of the bottle and bottleneck and reduce the loss of bottleneck material,prepare for the next step of crushing.
3. Sorting system: the bottles are sorted and screened before crushing; foreign matter remaining in each unit in the front section is screened out,
4. Crushing system: Different models of crushers can be selected according to different outputs to crush plastic bottles into flakes
5. High-speed friction cleaning machine can more effectively remove impurities in plastics.
6. The thermal cleaning system effectively removes residual glue, oil, and some small impurities on the surface of bottle flakes, which is crucial to the life of downstream product filter components and product quality.
7. Dehydration system: The moisture content of the final material plays a vital role in the next process: the corresponding centrifugal dehydration and hot air drying systems can be equipped according to the moisture content set according to production requirements.
