Product Description:
TONTEN household appliance refrigerator crushing recycling production line used for the recycling of various waste refrigerators/cabinets or waste household appliances. The disassembled refrigerators are separated for iron through a crusher and a magnetic separator. The purity can reach more than 98%. Non-ferrous metals are separated by air flow. The machine separates copper and aluminum. The entire production line has foam plastic collection and dust collection systems. After recycling the used refrigerators,can finally get: iron, plastic, foam, non-ferrous metals and other materials.
Production Process:
1. The trommel screen transports used refrigerators or other household appliances, which requires manual disassembly and removal of the plastic and glass in the box.
2. Depending on the type of refrigerant, a refrigerant recovery device is used to classify and recycle the refrigerant. Remove the compressor, condenser, etc.
3. The entire refrigerator enters the shredder for shredding and preliminary crushing, and is broken into pieces.
4. After crushing, the materials enter the hammer crusher and undergo secondary crushing through the crushing of the crusher.
5. During the secondary crushing, part of the polyurethane foam enters the foam separator through air separation. Heavy objects such as plastics and metals enter the belt conveyor.
6. The materials crushed by plastic and metal pass through the magnetic separator on the belt, and then enter the eddy current separation.
7. Non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum are separated by eddy current, and plastic and foam materials are transported to the air flow separation system through belts to separate pure plastic and foam. Polyurethane foam is compressed into blocks through a foam crusher.
