Product description:
TONTEN lithium battery crushing,recycling and sorting production line uses physical crushing,airflow sorting and vibration screening methods to separate positive and negative electrode materials and valuable metals based on the material characteristics of lithium-ion batteries and actual processes. Finally, materials such as positive and negative electrode materials (positive and negative electrode mixed powder), copper, aluminum, separator plastic, and nickel strips are obtained.
Lithium battery separation and recycling production line configuration:
1. Crusher: primary crushing of lithium batteries
2. Hammer crusher: crush the lithium battery again after initial crushing
3. Magnetic separator: separate the steel shell from the mixture
4. Collector: collect the diaphragm paper through the induced draft fan
5. Air flow separator: Screen and separate diaphragm paper and positive and negative electrode powders. The above physical and mechanical methods are used to process waste lithium batteries and lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials so that the disposable metal resources of waste lithium batteries can be recycled.
Advantage:
1. Through the combined process of hammer crushing, vibration screening and air flow sorting, the resource utilization of metal copper and carbon powder in the negative electrode materials of waste lithium batteries can be realized
2. The lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment adopts dry mechanical separation method, and the equipment is harmlessly disposed of in the later stage, which greatly reduces environmental pollution.
3. After production and processing, the material separation purity reaches more than 99%
4. The negative electrode material can be crushed by hammer vibration to effectively separate the carbon powder and copper foil from each other. Afterwards, the copper foil and carbon powder can be initially separated by vibrating sieving based on the size difference and shape difference between the particles.
5. Depending on the particle size of customer's battery, designing different separation methods can effectively improve the recycling rate.
6. Adopt control system, humanized design, simple operation and maintenance, safe and guaranteed, fully automated operation
7. The lithium battery crushing and recycling production line operates under negative pressure, without dust leakage, and the separation efficiency can reach more than 98%.
