Product Description:
The lithium battery crushing and recycling production line uses mechanical crushing, air separation and conveying and high-voltage electrostatic separation processes to sort conductors and non-conductors. After shredding, crushing, magnetic separation, screening and specific gravity sorting, the recovery rate can reach 99%. Equipped with centralized dust removal system, the production process has no waste gas, no dust, and meets environmental protection standards.
Waste Lithium Battery Recycling Plant Working Principle:
Waste lithium batteries enter the shredder for shredding. The shredded materials enter the special crusher for crushing. The positive and negative electrode sheets and diaphragm paper inside the battery are scattered. The scattered materials enter the air flow sorting screen and are used in the air flow separator. The vibration collects the separator paper in the positive and negative electrode sheets and collects the black powder produced by the air flow separator. The mixture then uses a combination of crushing, vibrating screening, grinding, and airflow sorting to separate and recover the positive and negative electrode materials of the lithium battery. Each section of the complete production line is equipped with pulse dust collectors to collect dust during production, and is equipped with an odor and harmful gas purification and treatment system.
