Product description:
TONTEN scrap metal recycling line can crush scrap car casings, scrap metal pipes, pipe fittings, scrap steel plates, iron sheets and other metal plates, aluminum alloys, engine casings, scrap aluminum castings, scrapped motors, various paint buckets, cans and other metal cans and barrels , metal casings of waste refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners and other waste household appliances. The speed is transmitted to the driven shaft through the large and small gears, causing the helical cutterheads on the main and driven shafts to form relative motion. The spiral tooth cutterheads on the main and driven shafts are staggered, so that after the materials enter, they are squeezed, torn and sheared at the same time, thereby crushing various metal materials.
Scrap metal crushing production line details:
1. The main body of the scrap metal and steel crusher is made of high-quality steel plates and is integrally processed and welded to ensure the stability of the equipment during long-term load operation.
2. The movable screen can adjust the gap between the hammer head and the screen to obtain the expected specifications of crushed materials, and the discharging granularity can be adjusted according to different discharging requirements.
3. The combination hammer head of throwing hammer and ring hammer is used for crushing and kneading to remove paint and other substances to form high-density mass-packed materials.
4. The scrap metal and steel crusher is equipped with a safety door. After unbreakable objects enter the body, it can be braked and opened to discharge them out of the machine cavity to protect the main machine from damage.
