Glass sand is fired (using a specially designed firing furnace and natural gas to heat the glass sand and burn irregularly shaped sand into small balls), cooled, screened, weighed, and packaged. The main link in the entire processing process is the firing process. 1.Check the forward and reverse rotation of the motor;

2.Open the air inlet of the furnace body, start the induced draft fan, evacuate the remaining air from the furnace body, start the circulating water pump after five minutes, and prepare for ignition after the drainage pipe of the furnace body flows smoothly;

3. Open the distribution port of a fire gun and start ignition. First, aim the ignition rod at the distribution port of the fire gun. Slowly open the gas pipeline valve, turn off the ignition rod after ignition (note: do not increase the gas supply first),

4.start the cooling winch, and start both together;

5.Start the vibrating screen;

6.After everything is normal, perform all inspections;

The equipment is normal, the furnace temperature is normal, and the electromagnetic feeder is turned on. Start cutting (note: do not supply too much current at the beginning)

7. Check the quality of the glass beads, slowly add materials, and increase production only when quality is ensured;
