Product introduction:
Garbage is solid waste generated in human daily life and production. Introduction to main equipment:
Bag breaker: used to open garbage bags used to transport urban solid garbage, and continuously feed the garbage to the material separation system. The bag breaker can automatically cut the garbage bags without manual intervention. The drum at the discharge port of the bag breaker is equipped with a blade to cut the garbage bags. After the garbage is broken, it is transported to the subsequent equipment. The bag breaker is generally used as a feeding equipment for garbage recycling systems or biochemical treatment systems. In the garbage recycling system, the bag breaker is also used together with the crusher. In addition, in the processing of garbage recycled fuel, the bag breaker is also used to cut the garbage bags.
Sorting machine: Wind separation technology is a traditional sorting method and has been widely used in various solid waste treatment and resource recycling fields. The main principle is to use the principle of aerodynamics to separate the light and small materials from the heavy materials in the material under the joint action of controllable positive pressure airflow and negative pressure airflow, and take them upward or bring them into the sedimentation chamber in the horizontal direction to separate the light materials from the air. The light materials are discharged through the light material discharge conveyor. The heavy materials settle on the heavy material discharge conveyor because the upward airflow cannot support their gravity and are discharged.
