Cleaning machine introduction:
The bubble cleaning machine is specially used for cleaning food, agricultural products, leisure food, meat products, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, seafood, candied fruits, preserved fruits and other products. Working principle:
The bubble cleaning washer machine equipment includes a box filled with water, in which a bubble generating device is installed. Usually, a high-pressure fan or water pump is used to generate airflow, and the gas is introduced into the bottom of the water tank, so that it is quickly released into a large number of tiny bubbles in the water. During the rising process of the bubbles cleaning machine, they will continuously hit the surface of the material, forming a strong physical friction effect, which helps to peel off the soil, dust, microorganisms and other impurities adhering to the material. At the same time, the conveying device in the box (such as a mesh belt or chain plate) will drive the material to roll forward continuously in the water, further enhancing the cleaning effect. After the cleaning is completed, the material will be rinsed with high pressure through the spray head to ensure thorough cleaning.
